Within the framework of the project titled “Project for support to the Agricultural training centers in Chad (2014-CHAAGRIC-031)” implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation of Chad, a three day workshop was conducted. Based on the national agricultural and rural policy and the overall objective and purposes of the project, various themes as agricultural production and food sovereignty in rural areas, the modernization of agriculture and livestock production for sustainable development and gender and youth development in rural areas were discussed in the workshop.
